Parameters & layout
Under Manage property you can fill in parameters that are used in the final Word document (the report you can download afterwards). You open these settings via the Manage property → Edit property menu on the property detail page.
These parameters have no effect on uploading photos or on the AI model itself. They only serve to complete the report administratively and legally.
Structure of the page
The settings are divided into tabs. You can switch between the tabs at any time.
- General
- Main photo
- Address details
- Parties
- Layout
- Other
General
In General you set the property's basic information.
- Name: the title of the property (this field is required)
- Description: a general description of the property
- Inspection type: Rental move-in, Works / structural or Other
Main photo
In Main photo you can choose one photo that appears on the cover of the inspection report. The full explanation can be found at Set a main photo.
Address details
In Address details you can complete the property's address. These fields are carried over into the Word document if you fill them in.
- Street and house number
- Postal code and town
- Country
- Residence (optional)
- Floor (optional)
Parties
In Parties you can add the people involved who must appear in the report. This is handy for inspection reports for rental, move-out or works.
There are two blocks:
- Party 1: landlord(s) / owner
- Party 2: tenant(s) / client
Via Add party you add one or more people per party. When adding, you can fill in personal details such as name, address and contact details. Only last name and first name are required fields.
Layout
In Layout you set report-specific details that determine which fixed texts and template parts are used in the Word document.
Inspection type
Choose the inspection type. Based on this, the correct Word template is loaded:
- Rental (move-in)
- Rental (move-out)
- Works
Extra details
In addition, you can also fill in (optionally):
- Reference number and client
- Assignment: free text that can appear in the report
- Visit date: the date on which the site visit took place
- Report date and report place
Inspector
Finally, you can fill in the inspector's details (first name, last name and BIV number). These details are also used in the Word document.
Other
In Other you can fill in additional information that is often needed in an inspection report, such as the number and type of keys.
