Edit report

When you open a report, you see the complete inspection report as it was generated by ImmoHabits. You can edit the report directly in the platform: adjust text, delete blocks or add extra blocks.

Changes you make here are included when you download the report (Word) or share it further.

Editing or deleting blocks

Each part of the report is shown as a block (e.g. a feature, finding or damage item). When you move your mouse over a block, buttons appear on the right:

Edit (pencil): adjust the content of the block (e.g. description, condition, comments and photo references).
Delete (trash): remove the entire block from the report.

With Edit you can therefore also correct or supplement information. Handy when the AI couldn't be sure of something (e.g. material type, included in the rental, defects, …).

Adding new blocks

Want to add something that's missing? Move your cursor between two blocks. You then see a horizontal line with a + button. Click it to add a new block/feature at that position.

Use extra blocks mainly for important additions or exceptions. This keeps the report clear and consistent.

Checking faster with "Comments"

At the top you find the Comments button. With it you filter the report so you only see the yellow and red blocks:

Red: damage has been detected (e.g. crack, missing piece, clear damage).
Yellow: there is doubt or extra attention is needed (e.g. parquet vs. laminate). Hover your mouse cursor over the yellow question mark to see the reason for the doubt.
Meter readings are also always in yellow, because it's best to double-check them (with unclear photos, the AI can occasionally make mistakes).

This filter is ideal as a quick checklist: you immediately see which points still need to be checked or corrected.

Renewing and versions

Renewing

With Renew you generate the report again. This is handy if you added rooms or photos afterwards, or if you want improved input processed. To prevent misuse, this option is only enabled once at least one order has been placed.

Note: Renewing overwrites the report again with an AI version. Any manual changes you've already made will be lost as a result.

Versions

Every time you click Renew, a new version is created. Via Versions you can switch between the different generated versions (e.g. to compare or revert to an earlier version).

Per report, one renewal is free. From the second renewal onwards, 1 token per renewal is charged.

Therefore only use Renew when you have actually made content changes, such as:

adding or deleting rooms
uploading extra photos
adjusting important parameters

Downloading

Via the Download button you can export the report and the associated photos for further use or archiving.

Word document (.docx)
The report can be downloaded as a fully editable Word document. Optionally, we can integrate an existing Word template that is fully aligned with your house style, including:
- logos and cover pages
- colors and fonts
- fixed layout and chapter structure
The generated document then contains no ImmoHabits branding and visually matches your own document standards completely.

The first time a Word document is downloaded for a report, this can take some time (1-2 min.).
Zip file of the photos (.zip)
All photos used can be downloaded in high resolution. The file names match the photo numbering in the report exactly (e.g. Photo 1.jpg, Photo 2.jpg, …).
This makes it easy to consult, share or archive photos separately from the report, while keeping the link with the report.

The combination of the Word document and the ZIP file provides a complete and consistent file, both digitally and offline.
