Add room

After you've created a property, you can add one or more rooms. You do this from the property detail page. At the bottom right of this page you find a green button . When you click this button, a popup appears in which you can create a new room.

Room details

In the Add room popup you can fill in the following details:

Name (required): the name of the room, e.g. Entrance hall, Bedroom, Kitchen
Floor (optional): which floor the room is on, e.g. Ground floor, First floor, Basement

Click Add room to create the room. The room appears right away in the overview of rooms within the property.

Using floors is not required, but strongly recommended for properties with multiple levels. This ensures a clear structure in the report.

If no floor is specified, the title (No floor specified) is shown by default. This is only to make the grouping clear. This title is not shown in the final report.

The room name matters

The name of the room is more than just a label in the overview. It determines how the room is interpreted by the AI model.

When generating a report, each room is analyzed separately by an agent that is specifically trained for this type of room. Based on the room name, the system knows which features need extra attention.

For a room named Bathroom, extra checks are done on elements such as sanitary fittings, taps, shower, bath and traces of moisture, while for a Kitchen extra attention goes to appliances, worktops and cabinets.

Therefore always choose a clear and common room name (such as Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom, Entrance hall, …). This way the AI model can analyze the space correctly and you get a more accurate report.

Adding several rooms in a row

At the bottom of the popup you can tick the option Add another room.

When this option is active, the popup stays open after creating a room, so you can quickly add several rooms one after another.

This is especially handy for larger properties with many spaces, such as houses with multiple floors or apartments with many rooms.

After creating

After adding it, the room appears immediately in the property's room overview. From here you can:

Upload photos in the room
Edit or delete the room via the options menu
