Properties

A property represents a house, apartment or building for which you want to create (or have created) an inspection report. Each property is the basis for one or more reports.

Within a property you add rooms, upload photos and ultimately generate a report.

Properties in the workflow

In the logical ImmoHabits workflow, a property is the first content step after creating your account.

The typical order is:

Create a property
Add rooms
Upload photos
Generate the report

Property overview

On the properties page you see an overview of all the properties you have created. Each property is shown as a block with the title, a preview tile with 4 photos and the creation date.

If you are part of a team, you can also view your teammates' properties here.

Searching for a property

Use the Search property bar to quickly find a property by name. As you type, the list is filtered so you find the right property faster.

Changing the view

At the top right of the page you can switch between grid view and list view. Choose the view you prefer to work with. The chosen view is remembered: the next time you return to the property overview, your preference stays active.

If you have many properties, you can switch on list view for a smoother experience. In that case no preview photos are loaded and the page loads faster.

Actions per property

Each property block has an options button . Via this button you can perform actions for the selected property.

Edit property: change the details and parameters of the property
Delete property: delete the property

When you delete a property, all linked data — such as reports, rooms and photos — is deleted as well!
