ImmoHabits uses a simple and transparent pricing model. You pay only for what you actually use, without fixed costs or commitments.

No subscriptions

At ImmoHabits there are no monthly or annual subscription fees. You pay only per report, based on the number of tokens needed.

Tokens within ImmoHabits

ImmoHabits works with a token system. Tokens represent processing capacity for AI tasks. You use them to generate and – if needed – renew reports. You purchase tokens in advance and use them flexibly when you need them. Your available tokens are visible at any time at the top right next to the navigation.

Why work with tokens?

The token system makes it possible to:

• Link the price transparently to actual usage
• Scale flexibly for small and large properties
• Provide clear insight into costs before execution

So you only pay for what is actually processed.

Tokens per report

The number of tokens needed for a report depends on the number of photos processed in the report. The more photos, the more analysis and processing is needed.

• 0 – 49 photos: 3 tokens
• 50 – 199 photos: 4 tokens
• 200 – 499 photos: 5 tokens
• 500+ photos: 6 tokens

This token cost is shown clearly at the moment you generate a report, so you're never faced with surprises.

Renewing a report

When you renew a report (for example because you added extra rooms or photos), the following rules apply:

• Renewing once per report is free
• Each subsequent renewal costs 1 token

Price indication

Based on token usage, you can easily make a price estimate. The current prices per report (in euros) are shown clearly in the platform and during the ordering process.

This way ImmoHabits combines flexible usage with a predictable cost model, both for occasional use and for professional volumes.
