Place an order

You order tokens via the order page. You reach it by clicking Orders at the top of the main navigation, and then starting a new order via the Place order button (top right) or the green + button at the bottom right.

Choosing the number of tokens

On the Order tokens page, you first enter the desired number of tokens at Number of tokens. Then click Calculate to have the price calculated.

After calculating, you see a clear overview with:

Total (excl. VAT)
VAT
Total (incl. VAT)

Feel free to use Calculate a few times to quickly compare different numbers of tokens before you order.

Billing details

On the right of the page you see your billing details. These are used for the invoice belonging to the order.

Want to change something? Then click Update details to edit your name, address and other invoice details.

Check your billing details beforehand. This avoids having to request corrections for an invoice afterwards.

Tokens per report

At the bottom you find a handy overview of how many tokens a report costs, depending on the number of photos in the report (e.g. 0–49 photos, 50–199 photos, …). This way you know in advance how many tokens to provide.

Choosing a payment method

Before placing the order, you choose a payment method:

Online (instant)
Bank transfer (1–3 working days)

Online payment

With online payment you complete the order immediately via the payment page. Supported methods include Bancontact, KBC, Belfius Pay Button, Apple Pay and credit card.

After a successful online payment:

your tokens are credited immediately
the invoice is created immediately

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, you must transfer the amount manually. As soon as the payment is in our account, the tokens are credited (usually within 1 to 3 working days).

With a bank transfer, the invoice is only created after the payment has been received.

After placing your order

After placing (and/or paying), you land on the order detail page.

With online payment, the order is usually completed immediately.
With bank transfer, you see a transfer form with all the details to pay correctly.

Originally chose bank transfer but want to complete faster after all? Then on the detail page you can still switch to online payment via the Pay button.

Want tokens available as quickly as possible? Then choose Online (instant).
