Manage photos

You manage photos from the room detail page. By clicking a photo, it is shown enlarged and you can add extra information, record a comment or delete the photo.

Opening a photo

Click a photo in the overview to open it. The photo appears larger so you can view it clearly.

Adding extra information

To the right of the photo you see an input field where you can enter a comment.

This field is not meant to describe the photo. The visual description is done automatically by the platform. The comment serves to provide extra context or instructions to the AI model, for example information that:

  • is not visible in the photo
  • cannot be derived from the image with certainty
  • is important for the interpretation in the report

When a comment has been added to a photo, a small icon appears on the photo. This way you see at a glance which photos contain extra information, without having to open each photo separately.

Recording a comment (voice)

Besides typing a comment, you can also record it. This is especially handy on site, when typing is cumbersome.

  1. Open the photo.
  2. Click the Record button and speak your comment.
  3. Click Stop to end the recording.
  4. Click Save.

After saving, an audio player appears with which you can listen to the recording. With the icon you delete the recording again.

A recording lasts at most 15 seconds per photo. The recorded comment, just like a typed comment, is taken into account by the AI model when generating the report.
App vs. browser: Recording a comment is currently only available in the browser version. Typed comments work in both the browser and the app. See Mobile app.

Examples of useful comments

  • "The curtains in this photo are rented out as well"
  • "The floor is parquet"
  • "The windows are PVC"
  • "The light switch no longer works"
The AI model cannot touch materials and doesn't know whether something is defective or whether it's included in the rental. Extra comments help make the report more accurate in terms of content.

Deleting a single photo

When you've opened a photo in the enlarged view, you find a red delete button at the bottom. Clicking it permanently deletes the photo.

Deleting several photos at once

You can also delete several photos at once from the room overview:

  1. Click Select at the top.
  2. Tap the photos you want to delete. The counter shows how many photos are selected.
  3. Click Delete selection to delete all selected photos at once.

With Cancel you leave the selection mode without deleting anything.

Deleting photos is permanent. Deleted photos cannot be recovered and are no longer included in the report.
