Change room order

You can change the order of rooms from the property detail page. This determines the order in which rooms appear in the property overview and in the generated report.

Where do you change the order?

First open the right property. Then click the options button at the top right and choose Room order. A popup opens with a list of all rooms. Next to each room you can enter an order number.

How does the sorting work?

The order of rooms is determined based on the entered order numbers, with automatic grouping per floor.

The sorting works as follows:

First the starting floor is determined
The first floor shown is the floor containing the room with the lowest order number.
Then rooms are grouped per floor
All rooms on the same floor are always shown together.
Within each floor, rooms are sorted
Within a floor, rooms are sorted in ascending order by their order number.

There is no separate setting to manually change the order of floors. The order of floors follows automatically from the lowest room order number used.

Saving changes

Enter the desired order numbers and click Save changes. The new order is applied immediately.

When you change the room order, the photo numbers are also adjusted automatically. Photo 1 is always the first photo of the room with the lowest order number.
