Generate report

You generate a report from the property detail page via the Generate report button.

The Generate report button is only available when the following conditions are met:

At least one room has been added to the property
At least one photo has been uploaded

As long as this is not the case, the button stays disabled.

Cost of a report

The cost of a report is determined by the number of photos processed in the report. The more photos, the more analysis work is needed for the AI models. That's why the price is calculated in tiers.

Up to 50 photos: 3 tokens
Up to 200 photos: 4 tokens
Up to 500 photos: 5 tokens
More than 500 photos: 6 tokens

The exact number of tokens that will be charged is always shown clearly in advance when you generate the report.

The cost is charged only once when generating a report. Viewing, editing and downloading an existing report is included.

Language of the report

In the Generate report window you choose, via a dropdown, the language in which the report is written. By default this is set to Dutch. Available languages include Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic.

The chosen language determines the entire content of the report: the descriptions per room, the terminology and the wording of damage and comments.

The language can be chosen per report. Existing reports always remain available in the language in which they were generated. Read more about language choice at Languages.

Damage cost estimate (beta)

In the same window you can tick the Damage cost estimate option. The AI model then adds, for each case of damage, an indicative estimate of the repair costs, and places an overview table (bill of quantities) with the total price at the bottom of the report.

This feature is a beta feature. The estimated amounts are purely indicative and directional. The full explanation can be found at Damage cost estimate.

The generation process

After clicking Generate report, the AI generation process starts. On average, generating a report takes between 2 and 3 minutes. During this process you see a clear box indicating that the report is being created.

The generation happens entirely in the background. You don't have to do anything while the report is being built.

Wait or come back later

You have two options while the report is being generated:

You can stay on the page. As soon as the report is ready, it opens automatically.
You can close the page or continue working in ImmoHabits.

When the report is ready, you automatically receive an email notification.

Also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email appear right away.

What happens during generation?

During generation, the AI model analyzes:

the structure of the property and the rooms
the property description
all uploaded photos
any comments (typed or recorded) you added per photo

Each room is processed separately, with attention to the typical features of that space. The result is a consistently structured report with clear references to the photos used.

Make sure your photos are correctly ordered and that important comments have been added before you generate the report. This saves time when checking or editing afterwards.

After generation

After completing the process you can:

view and edit the report within the platform
download it in Word format
regenerate it if you make changes later
