Create account

You create a new ImmoHabits account via the registration page. You first choose whether you register as a business user or as a private individual. Depending on that choice, the form shows different fields.

Registering

Step 1: Choose the user type

At the top of the form you choose the account type:

• Business: for business customers with a VAT number.
• Private: for private users.

Step 2: Fill in your details

Fill in the fields as requested. Fields marked with a * are required to complete the registration.

General fields (always shown)

• Email address *: this becomes your login and the email address where you receive the activation mail.
• Phone number: optional.
• First name *
• Last name *
• Password *
• Confirm password *

Extra fields for Business

• Company name *
• VAT number: next to this field there is a button

Step 3: Terms and conditions

At the bottom of the form you must agree to the terms and conditions for using the application and the generated reports. Without agreeing you cannot register.

Step 4: Register

Click Register to submit your registration. You will then receive an email to activate your account.

Activating your account

After registering you receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Your account is only active once you have clicked this link.

1. Open the confirmation email in your inbox.
2. Click the activation link in the email.
3. After activation you can log in to ImmoHabits.

Free starting credit (tokens)

Every new user automatically receives 3 free tokens after activating their account. You can use these tokens to generate your first report, with a maximum of 50 photos. If you want to generate a report with more than 50 photos, you can simply order an extra token.
