What is a report?

A report is a professional inspection report that is automatically generated based on the property, the rooms and the photos you have added.

ImmoHabits uses specially trained AI models to produce an inspection report the way an experienced inspector would, with attention to all visible features, materials and possible damage.

Reports in the workflow

Reports are the final step in the ImmoHabits workflow:

1. Create a property
2. Add rooms
3. Upload photos
4. Generate the report

How is a report structured?

Every generated report always follows a consistent and structured layout:

• A general description of the property
• A description per room
• Per room:
  • Description of walls, floors, ceilings and fixed elements
  • Assessment of the condition
  • Any damage or wear
  • Extra comments
  • Always a clear reference to the corresponding photos

Meter readings and relevant technical details are also recognized automatically and included in the report.

Color indications in the report

In the generated report you may come across colored markings. These help you quickly see where extra attention is needed.

• Red frames indicate detected damage, such as cracks, tears or clear damage.
• Yellow frames indicate that there is doubt about a certain feature, such as the distinction between parquet and laminate. Hover your mouse cursor over the yellow question mark to see the reason for the doubt.

Meter readings are always shown in yellow. Although these are recognized automatically, they require extra checking by the user. The AI can occasionally make mistakes here when the photo is not fully sharp or clear.

These color indications are meant as an aid and ensure that you can review the report quickly and efficiently before you use or forward it definitively. They are not shown in the Word document.

AI-generated, but verifiable

Although the report is created fully automatically, you as the user always retain control.

• The report can be edited within the platform
• You can provide extra context via comments on photos
• The end result remains legally correct and professionally worded

Enabling or disabling general descriptions

The general property description and room descriptions are enabled by default, but can be disabled if desired via your profile settings.

This setting determines whether the AI adds a summarizing text at the top of the report and per room.
