Manage profile

On the profile page you can manage your personal details, contact and billing details, and report preferences.

Opening your profile

You find your profile via the menu at the top right of the navigation bar.

  1. Click your username or profile icon
     
  2. Choose My profile

My profile

On this page you can edit your first and last name. You can also change your email address. This is the address you log in with and where you receive communication from us. To change the email address, you must accept an additional confirmation email.

Billing details

User type

At the top you see the configured user type: Business or Private.

For business users, invoices are sent automatically via Peppol.

Address details

In this section you can complete or edit your basic details.

  • Street and house number (and possibly box or other additions)
  • Postal code and town
  • Country
  • Phone number

Business details

If you are registered as a business user, you can fill in additional company details.

  • Company name
  • VAT number with a validation button to check the number
Always click
 
to verify the VAT number. This ensures invoices are created correctly and sent via Peppol.
If you are part of a team, these settings can only be changed by the administrator.

My team

This button is only visible if you are registered as a professional user, or have already been invited by another team. The full explanation of the team functionality can be found in the Teams section.

Report layout

At the bottom of the profile page you can set default settings for the layout of rooms and the formatting of reports.

Surface grouping

With this setting you define the default surface grouping applied when creating new properties.

By default this option is set to No surface grouping. This setting is automatically applied when creating a new property.

Photo grouping

With this setting you choose whether the photos appear all the way at the bottom of the report (default), or grouped per room, below the (optional) room description.

Hide description

You can indicate whether certain descriptions should be hidden by default:

  • General description
  • Room description
These settings are global. The chosen surface grouping setting will be applied to all new properties. The settings for photo grouping and hiding descriptions are also applied immediately to all existing properties.
If you are part of a team, these settings can only be changed by the administrator.
