Set a main photo

With a main photo you give a property's inspection report a recognizable cover. The main photo appears on the cover of the report.

You do not see the main photo in the web version or the app itself (apart from the preview on this settings page). It only appears on the cover of the downloaded Word or PDF file.

Setting a main photo

Open the property.
Click Manage property and choose Main photo.
Choose the image:
- In the browser: drag an image into the box or click to upload a file.
- In the mobile app: take a photo with the camera right away, or choose an existing image from your gallery.

The change is saved automatically. Afterwards you see a preview of the chosen main photo.

Removing the main photo

Below the preview you find the Delete photo button. With it you remove the main photo again.

Display in the report

The main photo is placed on the cover of the downloaded Word or PDF document. This works with the standard ImmoHabits template; you don't need to set anything extra for it.

The main photo is intended solely for the cover. It is not analyzed by the AI model and has no effect on the content of the report.
